1.The frame of machine is composed of oiltank, worktable, left and right housings and ram. So it has high strength and good rigidity. Also it takes vibration to eliminate stress.

2.Electro-hydraulic servo system and closed loop controls ram running with good accuracy

3.Synchronization of single machine:Bosch servo valve, Linear scale and cnc computer used as close loop system. When the ram moves,right and left side linear scale will inspect the move positions of both cylinder and feed back the signal to cnc computer,then the computer will control the bosh serve valve to adjust speed of both cylinders to make sure the ram with good parallelism of the ram with good accuracy.
