V grooving machine or metal slotting machine is used to open v slots on metal sheet plates. So After opening V slots, when you do the bending, the bending angle is very sharp with good looking. This machine can be widely used in stainless steel jobs, elevator and cabinet making etc.
This metal sheet V grooving machine has following parts:
Machines' frame
metal sheet transversal feeding system (Y axis): there are pneumatic clamping units to clamp the plate and use servo motor and servo driven to make sure good accuracy between each slot.
Grooving blades holder: There are five blades on the holder, the upper and down movement is also controlled by servo driven and servo motor and have good accuracy of each depth of slot. The moving forward and backward is controlled by frequency motor to make each slot.
Working table: the hardness of working table is HRC55-60 to make sure long service life. Also there are 4 faces which can be changed.
